This race has be postponed until
October 11. Stay tuned for more info as it becomes available!

This new race will offer you access to Ghost Ranch property seldom seen by humans. Herds of elk, coyotes, deer and semi-wild burros call this space home most of the time.
The race courses will be a mixture of double track and single track trails along the Rio Chama, Abiquiu Lake and the famous red rock cliff that attracted Georgia O'Keeffe and her paint brushes.
The marathon and half marathon courses are lollipop style loops. That is a "stick" of 3ish miles out and back with a big loop of the sweet stuff (20 miles for the marathon and 7ish for the half). Marathoners will climb about 2-3000 feet over the entire route with plenty of fast and flat sections.
Friday night before the race there will be a meal and racer meeting in the Ghost Ranch dinning hall. This is where and when you will pick up your racers packets too. The longer races are Saturday morning with the 5 and 10 KM races on Sunday morning. Saturday night enjoy telling the tales of you adventure around the campfire at the start/finish. Maybe you can replenish your carbohydrate stores with a s'more!
You can book accommodations, buy meals and plan a fun weekend by contacting Ghost Ranch. They have special rates for runners .
